By Purchasing Graphics from XLayers.com, you are stating that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions set by this agreement.

GENERAL
1. You must be a legal adult 18 years of age or of legal age for area of residence to purchase adult graphic work from XLayers.com
2. You agree to pay in full for services rendered by XLayers.com. XLayers.com reserves the right to hold your final work until which time a funds transfer has cleared the issuing account.
3. Payment must be made IN FULL for all orders before we will start on your project (unless other written arangements are made). Only after payment is received and has cleared the issuing account will you receive your completed design.
3. All payments must be made in the form of one of the following:
3.1. Direct Wire Transfer (you pay for the transfer!). An invoice will be issued into your Name or Company Name.
3.2. ePassporte.
3.3. Other, if a written arangement is made.
4. If you wish to cancel we will refund your payment in proportion to the amount of work completed.

DESIGN AGREEMENT
1. The purchaser agrees to provide licensed images that they wish to be used for their design. XLayers.com will not supply any image.
2. YOU (THE PURCHASER) ARE WHOLLY LIABLE FOR ANY LEGAL OR MONETARY RAMIFICATIONS ARISING IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH UNLICENSED IMAGES FOR YOUR DESIGN!!! NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. All model(s) appearing in ANY images that the purchaser provides for use in the construction of their design must be of 18 years of age or older, and the purchaser affirms that they have, maintain, or can gain access to records that confirm the legal age of the model(s) that appear in those images.
4. We do not design graphics depicting bestiality, child pornography, or any actual violence that causes real harm to another person(s) body or any type of illegal sexual situations: (i.e., rape, torture, murder).
5. XLayers.com reserves the right to display all work completed, on this site portfolio /pages.
6. All completed designs will be uploaded to this site for 10 (ten) days and the purchaser will be given a url to obtain them once the payment is received.
7. Under penalties of perjury, I solemnly declare and affirm that I have read, understood and agree to all of the above statements and wish to conduct business with XLayers.com, in a manner that acts within ALL of the statements presented by this agreement.
8. I also affirm that I have printed a copy of this policy for my records and will have it available for review and/or affirmation for the life of the design created under the terms of this agreement.
